Dayna Hammond

Originally from South Eastern Ontario, Dayna grew up around horses and competed in the show jumping and eventing circuits as a young teen. She later found herself living in Alberta where she became involved in the barrel racing world. Certified through PRO EFW, Dayna believes that the connection one makes with a horse is unlike anything else.

“Horses are intuitive on a level like no other animal which makes them the most empathetic and supportive facilitators when it comes to therapeutic work”

She and her herd strive to provide everyone with the Grace to simply ‘Be’ while offering them to Space to become whomever they choose.

Dayna hosts private one on one sessions, provides the daily care for all the herd members on the property, is your first point of contact as well as organizes, manages and executes all the ‘back of house’ tasks. She has a lifetime of horse experience, over 9 years of diving deep into the world of Personal Development and life coaching, and one of the biggest and kindest hearts we’ve ever known. She strives to create a safe and welcoming environment to horses and humans alike.

Chantel White

Chantel will be hosting private/group sessions and workshops as well as facilitating some of our corporate retreats on the property. She is an Equine Gestalt coach and the owner/founder of Equine Reflection.

At Equine Reflection she offers group, individual and phone sessions to support you on your journey of self-discovery, creating custom designed workshops, individual packages, and luxurious retreats so that no matter the path you take, you will have the chance to connect with nature, horses and yourself.

She is a seeker of truth and has a passion for making a difference.

As someone who has suffered, stumbled and got back up she knows the pain of searching for love in all the wrong places. Self-love is the only way to live an authentic and vibrant life.

What lights her up is watching people find their truth and authenticity.

When you work with her, she offers an honest, authentic, and compassionate heart that allows her to listen deeply and hear well beyond words: you will feel heard understood and safe. She is beautifully intuitive, sensitive, and somewhat funny (at least she thinks so). But more importantly, she is someone who believes in you when you don’t.

Doreen Leclair

Doreen is our #1 horse handler and one of our favourite energies to have on the property. She was drawn to horses from the moment she first saw one.  She owned her first mare in high school and since then horses have been a huge part of her life since; trail riding, gymkhana, penning, reining.  During the later years of her 30+ year career in environmental science, she began her own healing journey which led her to study Active Engagement (a practice in mindful leadership) and then to  attend Doug Mills’ Training Thru Trust horsemanship camp in Kamloops, B.C.  Here she found what had been missing in her relationship with her horses, communicating with them in a way that created a willing partnership.  She also began assisting Chantel White of Equine Reflection in Equine Gestalt Coaching sessions as a horse handler. The connections were strong between the three areas of study and the combination has led to her dream job as a Training Thru Trust coach – training horses at liberty and in halter as well as helping people and their horses communicate and connect on a deeper level.  She is a Level 2 Apprentice in Training Thru Trust and a certified mentor in Active Engagement.

Everyone is worthy of being heard. We just need to slow down and truly listen. Ask yourself, am I open to changing my point of view?”
