The term masculine is often associated with traits such as independence and assertiveness. The truth is that I had become so comfortable in the hustle of living in that energy that I had completely lost touch with the feminine within myself. I had no connection with the nurturing and gentleness that we all need to experience.

In 2012, because I was unable to find the inner strength to make the decision I needed to, the Universe decided to take the steps for me and end a very toxic relationship. It was that very difficult blessing that started me on my journey of personal growth.
